📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is an additional cost and is available only within the United States. Orders are shipped from Richmond, Chesterfield, or Lawrenceville, VA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and urgency.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Shipping time is in addition to production time
  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority and Express options may be available at checkout

Tracking & Delivery: Tracking numbers will be sent via email, text, or Messenger, depending on your communication method. You’Nique Illusions is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once turned over to the carrier. Please contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly to file a claim if needed.

Local Pickup (Richmond/Chesterfield Only):

Pickup is available within a 20-mile radius of our business location. Please coordinate pickup time directly with us.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, You’Nique Illusions is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

All items will have a shipping fee based on the total weight of the items.
