Prices are subject to change at any time. All listed prices are base starting prices and do not include advanced customization. If you want customizations beyond the basics, please communicate that clearly when placing your order.

All items are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. Double-check all information (spelling, sizes, photos) before submitting. Missing or unclear details may delay processing.

Turnaround Times:

• Standard production time is 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Rush options are available for an additional fee
• Large or bulk orders may take longer; you will be notified in advance

Design Approval:

Proofs/mockups are provided. It is your responsibility to check for spelling, names, dates, and design accuracy. Once approved and printed, changes are not allowed unless you place and pay for a new order.

Design Requests:

If you have a specific vision or style, a reference image is required. We will assess if the design can be created based on our capabilities and timeline.

Weekend Policy:

No orders are due or delivered on weekends — we are closed.
