By placing an order with You’Nique Illusions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Policy Agreement
Submitting a request confirms your agreement to these terms. Failure to comply with any policy may result in the cancellation of your order.
Custom Orders
All items are handmade and customized. No two items are guaranteed to look exactly alike.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate spelling, dates, sizes, and images. Once your order is submitted, only one (1) change is allowed.
Mockup Approval
Mockups will be provided when applicable. You are allowed up to two (2) revisions. Once a design is approved, no further edits or refunds will be permitted. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only issued if the mistake is on our end.
Image Quality
We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality images submitted by the customer. (300 DPI and professional photos are strongly recommended.)
Deadlines
Due dates must fall on a weekday. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Pickup & Delivery
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed once shipped.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are accepted based on availability and may require an additional fee. Our standard turnaround time is two (2) weeks.
Payments
Full payment is required before any design work or production begins.
